For your safety, comfort and enjoyment, bring the following required items for your tour:

•  Towel
•  Bathing suit
•  Bag to place your belongings in.

•  Optional items to bring for your tour: thermal top and bottoms (non-cotton) for colder days, waterproof cameras and sunglasses.  

Individual Reservation Policies

• I/We understand that above pickup location may differ from our personal accommodations.
• I/We understand that White Wolf Rafting has a strict schedule to ensure an enjoyable and safe transport experience for all patrons.
• I/We understand and agree that I/We must arrive and be ready to depart at the above agreed upon pickup location and pickup time
  and will not cause any delay to White Wolf Rafting’s transportation team.
• I/We understand the transportation service cannot be held to accommodate late guests with respect to all participants who showed up on time as well as our transportation drivers-we will not compromise customer service and safety.
• I/We understand that no-shows or lateness cannot be accommodated and if I/We wish to re-book, it is subject to availability and I/We will be required to pay for the missed tour (non-refundable) AND for the re-booked tour.
• I/We understand it is mandatory that ALL guests of White Wolf Rafting take the provided transportation to and from the rafting site.
  Please note that White Wolf Rafting will decline all requests to self-drive to our rafting site. This is non-negotiable, regardless of how
  close/far I/we may be from our pick up location.
• I/We understand that White Wolf Rafting’s transportation team is subject to road conditions as well as other road-related difficulties
  given that the White Wolf Rafting site is accessed by a secondary road.

Individual Reservation Policies

• I/we understand that we will be provided a “kit”, which includes, wet suit, booties, splash jacket, and helmet. All items must be returned to White Wolf Rafting upon completion of the tour.
• I/We have disclosed all allergies, medical conditions/restrictions and accurate weights of each participant upon making our
  reservation. I/We understand that White Wolf Rafting may decline service if not informed or is misinformed of any condition(s) that
  make white water rafting unsafe for all participants and/or staff.
• I/we understand that any changes to my/our reservation cannot be made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour. It is my/our
  responsibility to communicate any changes to White Wolf Rafting’s reservation team in a timely manner, and before 48 hours.
• White Wolf Rafting will be in full operation unless the temperatures are colder than +5C or if lightning has been detected within 5km of our site. White Wolf Rafting also reserves the right to stop or postpone their tours if they deem the elements to be unsafe for their
  staff and guests. Should White Wolf Rafting need to cancel their tour, guests will be issued a full refund or given the option to
  reschedule their tour at White Wolf Rafting’s earliest available date.
• White Wolf Rafting operates their Horseshoe Canyon tours on the Bow River. For the safety of our guests and staff, in the event the
  river levels rise and exceed 200cms, the tour will operate on the Kananaskis river instead. I/We understand that White Wolf Rafting
  cannot always provide guests with timely notice of change to their tour location as river levels can change at any time.
• I/We are bound by a 48-hour cancellation policy where if I/We cancel our tour within 48 hours of our reservation White Wolf
  Rafting will retain the full cost of the tour, this is also applicable to “no-shows” or “late guests”. Any guests who are ill or have
  experienced an unforeseen circumstance resulting in them not being able to attend their tour, White Wolf Rafting reserves
  the right to request official paperwork confirming the incident.
• I/We understand that it is at the discretion of White Wolf Rafting as to what circumstance deems a refund or reschedule.
  White Wolf Rafting requires a minimum number of guests to operate their tours.
• An administrative fee of $45 will apply to reservations that have been moved or changed two or more times.
